TATTOO SERVICES

The cost of the deposit goes towards the cost of the tattoo. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  

+ Cannot be pregnant or nursing.

+ Must wait 6 months after being on Accutane.

+ Do not show up to appointment after consuming alcohol or THC.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ No children of any age are allowed.

+ One guest is allowed to accompany you to your appointment.

+ Please disclose ahead of time if you have any blood borne illnesses such as HIV or Hepatitis.

+ Please provide a doctors note if you have any blood clotting disorders, autoimmune disorders, or diabetes.

How to Prepare

+ Stay hydrated. Make sure to drink plenty of water before your appointment.

+ Keep your skin moisturized. Hydrated skin tends to tattoo easier.

+ Get a good nights rest.

+ Eat before your appointment.

+ Dress the part. Be comfortable, and wear loose clothing that won’t rub on the tattoo after the appointment.

+ Take something to entertain yourself. I recommend bringing headphones and something to listen to.

The Do’s

+ Wash your hands with antibacterial soap before cleaning or touching your tattoo.

+ Keep your bandage on for up to 5 days. If it comes off before then, that’s ok just make sure it’s on for a full 24hrs!

+ When removing your bandage, rinse tattoo with warm water - it helps remove the stickiness!

+ Wash twice a day with just warm (not hot) water or mild fragrance‑free liquid soap, and apply a thin layer of healing balm (aquaphor or non-scented lotion) 2-3x per day for 2 weeks. Avoid balms/lotions with fragrances or aloe.

+ If possible, use freshly washed bedsheets, clothes, and towel during healing process. Disposable paper towels or unscented baby wipes are great for direct contact with the tattoo when washing or drying.

The Don’ts

+ Do not scratch or pick. This removes ink and leads to infections!

+ Avoid direct sunlight. For the first two weeks try to limit sun

exposure ‑ if you know you'll be out in the sun for prolonged periods, wear a thin layer of clothing over the tattoo. After the first two weeks, use a high SPF sunscreen on your tattoo when in the sun. Avoid tanning beds for at least a month.

+ Avoid soaking in any waters (lake, ocean, bathtub, pool) for the first month, especially critical during the first two weeks.

+ Avoid heavy sweating in the area of your tattoo for two weeks. Wash after sweating.

+ Do not let your tattoo stick to sheets or clothing. If stuck, soak the cloth to remove rather than ripping it off. This is usually only a concern for the first night when it will be a bit oozy.

What to Expect

+ Color and plasma may seep to the surface, especially when first removing the bandage.This is normal. Wash gently with warm water and wipe with a clean paper towel and reapply ointment or lotion.

+ For the next week the tattoo and area around it may be slightly swollen, red, and sore.

+ Within a few days to a week, a thin scab should form evenly over the tattoo and peel like a sunburn. (Do not pick at it!)

+ The color may seem dull or uneven while the tattoo is healing.

+ A free touch up is included if needed. Must be used within 1 year of original appointment or you will be required to pay a $45 tray fee.

IT SHOULD BE COMPLETELY HEALED IN 3-4 WEEKS! FOR BEST RESULTS, AVOID SUN EXPOSURE (WEAR SPF), AND KEEP MOISTURISED.
